charming decor, cozy lobby, thoughtful arrangements
The parking information was a mess!!! We wasted time trying to find a location that was closed down!!! Plus, the room pictures were misleading. it was way too small for our bags.

Recommend it for couples looking for comfort
We were astounded by the breakfast spread! fresh local dishes, something that reminded me of home-cooked meals, and the vegetable lasagna? Don’t miss it! also nice convenience store across the street for late-night snacks.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I think the quality made it worth it.

Harmony Hotel in Jerusalem offered a warm atmosphere and a friendly staff. The breakfast felt gourmet with plenty of options. Loved the happy hour that featured wine and appetizers. it was a relaxing way to end the day. The rooms, while comfortable, could benefit from better lighting for reading and perhaps a bit more space. The location was superb, with easy access to the Old City and local eateries. However, the bathrooms seemed slightly outdated with slippery tub showers and poor soundproofing, which let in street noise. Still, I appreciated the prompt service when I needed a bath mat after my first shower. Overall, it felt like a cozy home base during my trip to Jerusalem.

The location was superb, with easy access to the Old City and nearby attractions. We particularly appreciated the cozy lobby and charming decor, which made our stay feel very welcoming. The breakfast was also excellent, offering a variety of fresh options to start the day. A little more soundproofing in the rooms would have been nice, as street noise was noticeable at times, but overall, it was a lovely experience.

My stay was incredible, thanks to the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The breakfast selection was generous and delicious, featuring a variety of fresh options. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring the Old City and nearby attractions. The only downside was the room size. it could use some extra space and a bit of an update.

The location was perfect! We easily strolled to the vibrant markets and historic sites. Our family loved the cute rooms and the fluffy towels added a nice touch after a long day exploring. Tarek and the team were truly accommodating.
In my children's opinion, the pool could have been bigger for family fun.
